MURRI : YUL and Threading Gold Walking Tours present 1850s Geelong Outdoor Performance

Coming up this Easter holiday Sat 10th April 4.30pm - 6pm a must see one off outdoor performance in Johnstone Park, Geelong. A must see once off performance transporting the audience back in time to Geelong 1850s with talented local actors and storytellers and entwined Wadawurrung contexts by Traditional Owners Melinda Kennedy and the talented performer Barry Gilson. This interactive live performance takes place in Johnstone park where the audience is entertained through 4 scenes within the park space; Corio Bay, The Bush Inn, Western Gully and Goal. Hear true tales of grit, life in squalor, bushranger activities, the wild frontier and historical fun facts of Geelong. This fun performance is brought to you by MURRI : YUL Consultants (Heather Threadgold and Melinda Kennedy) as awarded by the AIC grant and based upon the successful concept by Threading Gold Walking Tours.
